The AIPM Family was happy to welcome some of the youngsters to help us (enormously) with our big Christmas gift push for our clients for the holidays. As Ryan, Sydney and Kaylee spent the entire day working hard (fully caffeinated on soda, candy, donuts and coffee... Mom’s fault), our little elves enjoyed the day working alongside the adults and Molly (especially). After being treated graciously to pizza and treats galore, they thanked Margaret and Roxanne and everyone for having them and letting them play and work.
Bringing family members into activities related to pest control has its own particular advantages too – particularly if there are children involved. When kids take part in such projects, it serves as an early lesson about pest prevention and management – something that will come in handy for any budding pest control technicians down the line!
Overall, including staff families in company activities such as working on holiday gifts for clients is a great way of creating a sense of community among co-workers while also giving family members an opportunity to support one another during busy times at work. It helps foster collaboration amongst colleagues while providing role models for young professionals just starting out their careers – not to mention teaching pest prevention through practical hands-on learning experiences! With all these benefits combined, it’s easy to see why this practice should become more popular within businesses everywhere!
Animal & Insect Pest Management will be delivering Christmas gifts to clients so, be on the lookout for your special gift!
Happy Holidays!
