Pests can be quite troublesome if they infest your property. They cause damage and force any property owner to replace these damaged items. To prevent this it is best to call us for removal if you suspect that you have pests. You can also call us to inspect your property if you believe there may be a pest infestation as we can provide a preventative [pest control](https://myaipm.com/pest-control-solutions/)plan.
We are a pest control service that works with clients around California that wish to have pest removal or inspection on their property.
If you are a resident of California, it is advisable to know the pest forecast. This way, you will be able to know what signs to look out for, the right time to call us for an inspection, and the best way to prevent the pests from infesting your property.
The pest forecast for California in 2020 is that the most common pest will be termites. These can get into the house through the wooden parts such as the foundation or the ceiling. If you notice termite structures around wooden doors or any other place, it is best to call us right away. Termites will also attack house plants when looking for water, especially in the drier months.
The next pest to watch out for in 2020 is spiders. These will come out to breed in the late summer and could give homeowners quite the scare. It is best to call for an inspection in the earlier weeks of summer to prevent the spiders from breeding inside the house.
The other pests to look out for are:
- Ants - especially the fire ant
- Rodents such as rats
- Bats
- Cockroaches
- Mosquitoes - mostly in the summer.
The key to getting rid of pests is choosing the right company to get rid of the pests once and for all. Proper removal requires professionals who understand the job, which is exactly what we are.
